What may seem a small, insignificant item we take for granted was once during its first creation hundreds of years ago, a remarkable invention making daily life simpler for everyone from farmers marking their sheep to scientists documenting their studies.
These days we use pencils on a regular basis. They're a staple in schools, the standard No. 2 pencil. Nowadays pencils are much more than a tool though, they're a way to make a statement either for branding purposes, to be seen, or simply entertainment.
